Joint Steering Committee (JSC)

Chaired by the Prime Minister, the JSC sets direction and meets on a quarterly cadence — composition, cadence and mandate defined in Schedule IV.

Project Management Office (PMO)

Housed at the Prime Minister's Office, Tejgaon, Dhaka — the central coordination point for the Project.

Krishi-First Implementation Cell

At the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Livestock, and Food — translating policy into front-line delivery.

Land & Infrastructure Facilitation Cell

A single-window mechanism for land and public infrastructure, with quarterly public reporting (LIFC).

A Joint Implementation Committee provides operational oversight across the structure, ensuring the partnership's commitments translate into measurable, reported outcomes.

Transparency by default

Wherever the MoU mandates public reporting, the dashboard is the default — not the exception.
