Phase I

Thakurgaon core campus

Research laboratories, demonstration farms, a seed bank and germplasm facilities, soil & water testing infrastructure, post-harvest technology pilots, climate-smart trial plots, aquaculture and livestock research units, food-processing innovation labs, and a Farmer Innovation Hall.

Phase II

National network

At least one satellite station per Division, digitally linked to the Thakurgaon core campus and — through the Kendra network — to every Union Parishad, so research flows seamlessly from laboratory to field.
