"Shokkhom Krishi Bangladesh" — incorporated under the Companies Act, 1994 within 90 days of the Effective Date. Holds the equity of all 300–350 Constituency Krishi Companies and aggregates national procurement, cold-chain, processing, technology, logistics and finance. The future listing vehicle on DSE, CSE and international exchanges.

300–350 entities

Constituency Krishi Companies

One per parliamentary Constituency of the Jatiya Sangsad, progressively incorporated over the Rollout Period — wholly-controlled subsidiaries of the Master Company.

Front line

Krishi Shokkhom Kendras

One per Union Parishad (or per cluster where economically efficient) — the operational interface with the Farmer-Public.

Held in trust

Krishi Shokkhom Public Trust

Holds the aggregate 33% Sweat Equity at Master Company level on behalf of the Farmer-Public.

From a single Kendra counter to a future global listing, Shokkhom runs on one repeating structure: a Master Company, hundreds of Constituency Krishi Companies, thousands of Kendras, and a Public Trust holding the farmers' share.
