99-year nominal leases

At BDT 1/year per parcel, free of encumbrances, with automatic renewal for successive 99-year terms while the lessee operates in furtherance of the Project.

Restricted to Project purposes

No diversion without prior Government consent — public land for public benefit.

Comprehensive coverage

Head offices, Kendras, collection centres, mandis, warehouses, cold-chain, food-processing parks, seed banks, demonstration farms, the TARC campus, aquaculture and livestock units, training institutes, logistics hubs and agri-export gateways.

Access to public infrastructure

Full unhindered access to DAE, DoF, DLS, BADC, BARC, BARI, BRRI, BFRI, BLRI, BJRI, BSRI, BTRI, BINA, SRDI, public mandis and growth centres, TCB facilities, the Directorate of Food, BSTI, BFSA, public logistics, rail, riverine, seaports, rural electrification, irrigation, digital public infrastructure, NID, Bangladesh Bank rails, Krishi Bank and the Bangladesh Postal Department.

Single-window, transparent. The Land & Infrastructure Facilitation Cell (LIFC) operates as a single-window mechanism and publishes quarterly public reports on every parcel and asset deployed.
