The four-stage chain
Sale at the Kendra
Farmers, fisherfolk and livestock keepers sell voluntarily — transparent prices, electronic grading and digital payment within 48 hours.
Constituency consolidation
The Constituency Krishi Company consolidates from its Kendras — primary processing, grading and cold storage — then places orders on the Master Company.
National aggregation
The Master Company consolidates nationally, orders SRW for platform services, secondary processing, international procurement and global export buyers — and serves domestic retailers, processors, food-service and the public-distribution system.
Formalisation at every tier
Every tier issues compliant VAT / income-tax / customs invoices, maintains digital records and files statutory returns with NBR — enlarging the formal tax base and building digital credit histories for smallholders.
Order Flow & Operations — part of a national mission
From a single Kendra counter to a future global listing, Shokkhom runs on one repeating structure: a Master Company, hundreds of Constituency Krishi Companies, thousands of Kendras, and a Public Trust holding the farmers' share.
